Who We Are

EvoMall is an experienced IT and consulting company for retail and logistics domains.

EvoMall is an IT and consulting company for omnichannel retail and logistics. We’ve brought together leaders in their fields to solve complex business problems and help our clients achieve their business goals. We have a highly qualified team of 50+ people, with the potential for further expansion.

Initially, EvoMall worked in the European market, but in 2019 we went global and added several international cases to our portfolio. Now we are targeting the GCC and North America markets and are constantly growing.

Our main goal is to increase client revenue with the most relevant tools. We choose only those tools that will allow us to achieve the best results at a reasonable price.

Our History

2020

Launched projects, among which were marketplace in Azerbaijan for Umico.az, dark store for the American toy store HeyJoy, projects with Zakaz.ua and BK Toys (the largest distributor of children's goods) in Ukraine, etc.

2021

Evomall focused on the MENA region and got our first contract with ToYou, a digital platform available in 57 cities in Saudi Arabia that allows customers to order food and goods from restaurants and shops, among other services

2022

Launched the first digital shopping center in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Implemented first project in KSA for darkstores and keep on expanding in GCC market

2019

In 2019, EvoMall was created by a group of experts, each of whom has many years of experience in their field. We brought together logistics, retail, and technology specialists to combine their knowledge and experience and create a unique product designed exclusively for marketplaces and shopping centers.

2011

IT development company established by Gregory Shchepanyk in Kyiv, Ukraine

2019

Rebranding to EvoMall after joining second co-owner Olexander Serhunin, and accumulation expertise in implementing IT systems and building business processes to help other companies move to the next level of development.

2020

2021

We focused on on the growing market of omnichannel (online + offline) retail and fast delivery. Successfully signed an agreement with JLL, one of the largest Canadian-American commercial property management companies

Our third co-owner, Vadym Chomenko, joined the team to increase retail expertise.

2022

We moved to Estonia and continue to develop the business, expand our team and launch new projects.

Our Leadership

Gregory Schepanik, CEO

CEO and Co-Founder, Gregory has 15 years of experience in software implementation and business processes optimization in areas such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, construction, banks and service companies.

Alexander Sergunin, COO

Alexander is Co-Fouder and COO of EvoMall. He has 10 years of operational management experience in retail and logistics companies and over 5 years of consultancy experience

George Vardanian, Product Owner

George is a Product Owner with over 10 years of experience in IT. He brings over 2 years’ experience in R&D team management and over 4 years as the company manager providing the IT outsourcing services.

Vadym Artiukh

Vadym, with his international experience, helps us easily understand the numbers and improves them. He is determined to drive success and delivers his professional acumen to bring the company to the next level.
